As with all of these ebay sales, they are most likely selling a Canon 24-105mm f4/6d combo kit that’s had the lens removed from the kit. I bought my current 6d from one of these sales and had no problems, but some have reported that deliveries require a signature to receive the package. So make sure you keep an eye on the tracking and have someone at your place when your camera arrives, or you might have to deal with a bunch of redelivery attempts.

Does the 6d have 1080p output through the hdmi while recording or is it like the 60d and lower the res to 480?

It’s actually like the 7d, you don’t get the drop out when you hit record on the hdmi port, and the output is 1080p with 80 or so pixels of letter box around the image.
